The pay isn't great and management is terrible. If you know how to clean and sale, you'll make your money. The company doesn't care about you at all. You're just a number to them. They'll find a way to pay you less whenever they get the chance while over-working you. If you're trying to move up in the company, they'll overlook you and choose someone they like instead (even if that person has no interest in moving up). If you choose to work here, make sure you go over pay and how vacation/pto works. They will try to convince you with their corporate terminology that this is the place to be and that they'll take care of you no matter what. All lies.

Availability and customer service experience. You're a shoe-in for the busy season if you are available when they need you and you know what you're doing on the phone.
