Compensation can be good but the job can be frustrating.

This is a failing branch I worked here for a few months. Most equipment is broken. You are not made aware of how many jobs you'll have per day. All your money is based off of commision. You get 10% of what people order and you make 14% of what you add on. The more you get promoted the higher those percentages go. However most customers don't want to - more ... buy it. If you dont add anything on you will have to settle for steemers minimum wage which is 8 dollars an hour which is nothing for how kich work you do. If you get into overtime it is HALF-TIME instead of TIME AND A HALF, meaning, once you get o ... - less
ProsCan be good compensation, free time in the van, your ability to add and sell controls your pay.
ConsSloppy management, annoying expectations, poor time managment before start of day
