Fairly toxic. Very top heavy and low morale. Culture of safety is a joke; the usual lip service. They make it seem like they have great diversity - look at their website - but in reality it's a bunch of old white dudes. Don't get me wrong, I'm a white dude, but it's pretty pathetic to put out such a blatantly false image. Don't bother unless you get hired in mid to upper management.
Family like company. Very comfortable!

Work environment I think it will depend which office location you work on. But overall is a good company.

Poor, treat people like numbers. They say their people come first, tell that to all the good workers they let go.

This was easily the most unprofessional work environment I've ever worked in. Managers would constantly single out individuals and badger them with questions to make the individual look bad. When mistakes were made, someone would be made the scapegoat and blamed for everything. No leaders, only bosses. There was too much work at once, which caused a serious organization problem, and led to re-work on released projects (which was blamed on everyone except the bosses). A lack of any real training or even constructive feedback. You will be doing most of your work by yourself (and you better be sure you're right). I never would have expected an environment to be as awful, negative, degrading, judgmental, and ostracizing as this one.
