They company is very disconnected from their mission statement. They don’t care about employees or customers! They only care about the bottom line and want to haggle with customers to make them pay more yet pay less once they can’t afford the top sales pitch. Very dishonest.
The owners lost eyeglass world because they ran it so horribly. they invented stanton as a fallback, and it's going down the same path. the company WILL fail. it's only a matter of time..
I feel it is growing and a great place to work, I have 30 years experience and they are treating me good.
