Quick and easy. I was interviewed by two of the managers at the same. they just asked about my previous job and asked what would you do questions. Majority of the interview was just telling me about the company
I was interviewed by the General Manager then two days later, interviewed by the sales floor supervisor.
I am still waiting, I had a phone interview over a month ago. And the line was cut. So I am not sure what is happening.
They made it easy as pie for me, just waiting on my job offer now :)
The manager asked me to tell him about myself, then he explained how the job would be.

It was very long hard process. You had to go on line for part of it. Then you had to go for a drug screening, then you went for the interview.

Phone interview first and then you meet with 2 supervisors. The 3rd visit there was to confirm the job offer/drug test (mouth swab).
