After applying online at Starbucks how long should it take for them to call you?

Usually take about a week or two but call to keep updated on your application and ask for an interview

I called them first to follow up, and then was called a day after. The interview was the next Monday and I was hired on the spot. However, depending on the need I'm sure it's not as quick of a process.

When I applied to Starbucks I was told by the baristas there to "bother" the manager. That doesn't mean call them ten times a day or show up demanding to see them, but to just get their attention and get the ball rolling. I submitted my application and waited a day, then I called and informed the manager that I had submitted an application and inquired about setting up an interview. She said she needed to look over my app, so I waited two more days, called again, and set up and interview for five days later. I was hired within three days after that.

3 or more weeks

Typically within 2-3 weeks, will schedule in person interview and possibly do another interview before offering you the position.

It took me about 2 weeks before I heard back from the store manager. However, SMs usually only reach out when they are in need of employees. You may not hear anything for weeks or months if there aren't any open positions.
