Good place to work
Supervisor (Former Employee) - Gaithersburg, MD - June 10, 2019
Starbucks was a good place to work while taking classes in college. There were flexible hours and free coffee. The people were fun to work with and the regular customers were enjoyable. It was a very high paced environment and it gave me good managerial skills.

Ready set go!
Supervisor/Manager (Current Employee) - Rockville, MD - January 4, 2013
Count your cash, check your prep, execute tasks that were not completed on previous shift, complete your daily tasks. I've learned over the years how to manage and delagate, increase sales move product. I leaned how to work well with all types of people, even ones you don't like or don't want to be there. The hardest part of the job is not having a strong manager. To be a good manager you must be more knowledgable than those who work under you. The most enjoyable part is the people you do enjoy working with. Your regular customers who love what and how you do what you do. I love when people reconize your hard work and dedacation!
Pros
benifits
Cons
management
