Established in 1994, the Stark International heritage started through offering transformer oil diagnostics/analysis and oil processing services, a specialist strength to this day.

As Stark grew, we broadened our service offering to include transformer installation, mechanical repair and maintenance, electrical testing, oil supply and disposal, transformer

Along with our U.S. sister company, TransFluid Services, our reach now includes servicing clients across the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.


Our continued growth and expanded geographic reach has been across many industries where high voltage transformers are at work. This has resulted in a high level of expertise and qualified personnel with a thorough knowledge of transformers. Stark today is a unique full service provider in the transformer maintenance space.


Our client list includes many utilities, industrial facilities, transformer manufacturers, and high voltage contractors, large and small.

Poor communications, always trying to get over on the employees nickel and diming them to death.....Ever again . My experience was they grew too fast they have everything that it takes to get the job done just lacking knowledge and confidence and qualified personnel to run the place
