The company is a disaster, they treat their employees horribly. The clients run the show, all they have to do is stomp their feet and put in a 4hr notice (to discharge) and management will bend over backwards to make sure the client gets what they want, not what they need, but what they want. No real recovery, clientele are mostly returning clients who know that they can come back over and over and over again. They burn out the good employees then wonder why they have such a high turnover, keep your head down and do as you’re told or you’re gone. The CEO allows clients that have severe psych to admit even after all of the other managers/directors say no. It’s just awful.

Management does not care about your personal needs when out sick with COVID. You do not get paid for time off with COVID. Lack of communication and cohesion between nurses, shifts and management. Lack of communication between Director of Nursing and nurses. No support from management during time off for medical reasons.

After reading the older reviews on here I knew I had to submit a more recent one. We have a new CEO and almost entirely new management team and I can whole heartedly say that it is such an incredible place to work now. The management has does so much to recognize all the hardworking employees and they are super understanding when you need time off or a break from all the chaos of dealing with clients. I have never felt for appreciated!!!

Just don’t work here!!! Please trust me on this. Admin will threaten you with your job, daily documents were being falsified, no one has any morals, definitely don’t have your back. They treat you more like 2 yr old rather than the adult person you are. The nurse you are when you click into work. The place is very dirty. I got sick twice with strep throat in a matter of 6 weeks. I’ve been in the medical field for 26 yrs, 10 yrs as a nurse and I’d never been treated more poorly than I did when I worked there. They literally use you and abuse you. And the Doctor that runs the place, I don’t even have words for him. The behavior techs are addicts, they are lazy and not trustworthy. Constantly looking over your shoulder. Bottom line just steer clear of this place they call a recovery center!!
