The company was great to work for at first, you realize that no one in leadership has your back. Alot of drama between leadership and the little guy. The nurses and bha's get the blame for everything that is actually out of their control. Each shift has a problem with the other shift for no reason at all. Great collaboration

Great collaboration. Some flexibility. Above market pay for starting but poor rate increases, so-so benefits. Not easy to take time off. Really cares for the clients and tries to do what is right for them. Great opportunity to learn and grow professionally. Heartbreaking to see frequent relapses but that is the nature of the field.
