Tough Gig
Associate (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZJune 16, 2017
This is a sales job, that the company leadership loves to quote cliches.... And to use th term leadership would be insulting to any true leader... There is 2 True leaders in the entire group of 6 or so... The rest are condescending and confrontational... Constantly quoting the definition of insanity to the teams, yet not practicing what they preach.... Your company owes you nothing, incredibly motivating to here in a sales meeting...

Can you make really good money? Yes.. but it takes more work than any one job should... You are expected to give your clients your phone number.... You are expected to have your work email go to your phone so that you can respond to customers and leadership on your time off... You are expected to make out going calls and get out into the field and drum up business... Which if you are a reall sales machine you understand, However there is no compensation to offset your costs to do business, in addition if you dont start selling right away your draw level drops making it even harder to perform..

It goes on and on and on from there....

Accounting Assistant (Current Employee) –  Dallas, TXJuly 8, 2015
Very fast paced, and there's always something to do. Everyone is a team and doesn't mind helping out when needed. You learn something everyday.

What of the best showrooms in the valley
Systems Designer (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZNovember 24, 2014
Good people work there. Very client driven. Everyday starts with sales meetings. Followed by working on accounts and greeting potential clients. Manager was a great guy who kept his cool under extreme pressure. Tough getting product into the store in a timely manner. Installers were good when project ran smoothly.
Pros
Great people to work with.
Cons
Saturday morning sales meetings and not getting product in on time.
