Easy job and fun when you work together with your fellow co-workers. managers don't take the blame for anything but if you can look past that, they were good people

Server (Current Employee) –  Miami, FLMay 31, 2018
Extremely high-paced and requires a lot of time management, focus, and physical capability to work. However, the people are friendly and helpful. Would suggest learning Spanish.

job pays the bills
Kitchen Staff (Current Employee) –  Philadelphia, PANovember 27, 2017
I learned that a decent schedule isn't worth the amount of aggravation this job causes. Poor management. The hardest part of the job is doing everyone else's work when they call off almost daily without consequences. Favorites are played, and they run us into the ground with the amount of work they expect us to get done in the amount of time they give us.
Pros
having weekends off
Cons
unfair management

Front of House Server (Current Employee) –  Miami, FL 33132July 7, 2017
A typical work day, is often times smooth and goes by in a timely fashion, exceptions include weather issues and external restrictions. I've learned a lot from this job, and its changed my perspective in many aspects. People, diversity, food, and life in general. Management is great, everyone is treated equally and held accountable for their actions, which creates a work environment flourishing with productivity. The hardest part of the job for me was to not over indulge in the food, and if anyone knew how delicious it was, they understood. The most enjoyable part of the job, was experiencing the whole event after setting it up, and the food!

Customer Service & Supervisor (Former Employee) –  Philly, nyc, dcJune 4, 2017
This is a terrcompany. Unorganized and not supportive with any concerns. Abusive manager (Ed). Dangerous working conditions, ex. Lifting over 50lbs on wet slippery tile floors. Using and outdoor propane heater indoors. Never made a schedule and call late in the day (every day) to be up and at work at 5am. The list could go on. Worst experience I've ever had. If you are looking for a job, stay away from the poorly run business.
Pros
Pros you can basically do whatever you want.
Cons
You can expect to be verbally abused everyday.
