The line staff are dedicated and committed to the patients. The real problem us the c-suite that doesnt value its employees and feels that everyone is replaceable except for them. Multple law suits and high turn over rates makes it impossible to get any work done. C-suite level management fire people for minor differences and doesnt time the time to develio its directors. They are focused on making their numbers and drive the workers like slaves. Salaries are way below market rates and benefits suck. The retirement plan is great if you stay 5 years to become vested which most peoole dont. When you complain to management you become a target. Very hostile environment and c-suite is uncooperative with attempts to fix the issues by blocking union collective bargaining agreements. My advice is to find somewhere else to work
