Customer Service Representative in Remote

A job to say the least. You can't take off if you need to. You are expected to work without ever getting sick, which is crazy to me. You could change your shift if a problem arrived but that changed.

The staff itself was great and always prompt on information. Though when it actually came to work it, it was all not too great. We worked from home, which was fine. Though we needed to use a program which half the time did not work. Let alone a lot of the other systems. So we would sit and wait on hold for assistance on the phone.

Terrible company that does not care for employees. Horrible communication throughout all levels of authority starting with training. Training was an absolute joke & should not have even bothered. Felt more like kindergarten than a training program for a job. Was completely unprepared to start helping customers even after requesting an extra week of training. Their favorite saying is "Fake it till you make it". Meaning lie to the customer if you do not know. TERRIBLE! Absolutely the worst working experience I have ever had... and I have had some nasty toilet scrubbing jobs in the past. I would never recommend this job to anyone that cares about people & wants to do a good job for them. They do not make that possible! The 2 years I was there they constantly changed computer systems & programs, employee goals, & what was important about the job without any good support. Constant struggle for information on new procedures & everyone was in constant fear of losing their job because of it. Absolutely no follow through with any aspect of helping employees do their job properly. Eventually the company lost the only contract held in my area & had a massive lay off. Worst experience I've ever had in my whole working life!
Technical Support Representative for spectrum in Myrtle Beach, SC

My second job, tenure worker. Worked there for 4yrs only to be layed off because client spectrum didn't want to continue contract. Raised wages after covid, that was nice but it was an okay job though.
