What? I worked for Starz for 8+ years. The sick leave policy was 10 days a year - take it or leave it. No carry overs. One could carry over vacation days.

Took me 1 week from first phone screen interview with HR to my actual start date. I had another phone interview with the hiring manager, 1 in-person interview with 3 people. Timing was perfect in leaving an ending contract to moving into full-time employment.
