Must be good at cold calling
If you are good at finding your own leads and cold calling this is a good fit for you, otherwise you spend a lot of time collecting payments. Not a lot of lead support.

Nothing stands out.
Your job is never secure. No one cares about you or whether you succeed. Everyone is for themselves. There is no place for advancement. You cannot get time off. You earn vacation that you don’t get to use. Not family friendly at all, they believe work comes before your family.

Terrible Company
Horrible management, not a family flexible company, has so much favoritism, horrible training. They create new things and don’t teach you how to do them, do not pay enough for the work you have to do. Do not recommend.

Good growth opportunities
At the time I worked there, advancement was abundant. At the time the company was expanding in several cities and offered relocation. If your willing to relocate to advance this may be the company for you.

Interview Questions

The interview was really easy and I was offered the job over the phone once the questions were done. For my interview they only asked a few questions of telling them about myself, a time I handled a difficult customer, if I had experience using multiple monitors at once. They basically ask situational questions and want to see how much you prepared for the interview. Best advice is write out some situational questions such as difficult customers, handling stress, things like that and have your answers in that STAR format SF loves. Situation Task Action Result They really don’t ask many questions the interview is all about getting a feel for you. How does your personality come off over the phone and the biggest things being did you prepare for the interview and how you answer the questions they ask. Just practice out loud a little so you don’t hesitate on the questions they ask you. I know it sounds silly but smile while talking to the recruiter because it really does make you sound extremely nice and friendly which is a big quality they look for.
