I haven't left YET, but I will because of the excruciatingly stressful and toxic work environment. Employees are bullied into working overtime, micromanaged, and discouraged from actually properly handling the claim because it takes away from our numbers. I'm tired of being treated like a robot and want to go somewhere I'm valued and respected.

Make a set pay, for office representives. No one with a 2-20 or 2-15 need make less than 14/hr. Also if you don’t want a revolving door of people coming and going, in terms of employment, follow up with current emoyees and let them anonymously answer questions about there certain agent so you know if they are being cheated or fairly taken on as an employee

My husband works for State Farm Insurance and I work for State Farm Bank. He was transferred to Texas and there is not a Bank in this area. Unfortunately, I have had no luck finding another position on the insurance side of the business in the time frame needed.
