Unprofessional work environment the agent I worked for was cheap. sexist, lazy, demeaning, sarcastic and a bully it was ok for him to take copious amounts of time off to go use his boat while no one else could. No upward mobility, LOW PAY , LOW MORALE, no benefits a hostile environment a blast from the past he is a has been riding on the past his Dads good days years ago. Terrible place to work

My husband works for State Farm Insurance and I work for State Farm Bank. He was transferred to Texas and there is not a Bank in this area. Unfortunately, I have had no luck finding another position on the insurance side of the business in the time frame needed.
