Tired of apologizing to customers about their horrible claims experience. Horrible place to work. No time off. No life work balance, Numbers, numbers, numbers. Do not care about quality. I Remember the family environment that the founder intended. Use to be a happy place. Now very, very sad and uncaring about their employees

Poor leadership by the C-E-O mainly. The new C-E-O is changing the culture at State Farm and no longer gives a hoot about employees. Changes made to company is negative and puts excess stresses on employees. Benefits have changed and no longer any perks to job. Over worked and under appreciated!! New employees are leaving the company within 4-5 years as it will harm your health. I have seen employees taken by ambulance due to stress causing medical issues. Older employees retiring sooner than normal due to changes and employees leaving for other companies once trained due to no work-life balance.
