Just awful...Ive never seen a more unorganized outfit. Contractors were treated like they didnt exist. Everyday was dreaded and "management" was abhorent.

Company was very family-oriented, but culture has been changing over last 5 years... State Farm is having to engage with a new, young workforce that isn’t nessarily looking for a place to work for 30 years.
