state farm customer relations representative (Former Employee) – DeSoto, TX – April 3, 2015
go in set your bag or lunch bag where it goes, turn on computer make sure phone is working properly, check your e-mail and voice mail, check how many customers you need to call for the day, ask agent if he/ she needs something, co-workers are super nice and easy to talk to
Risk Advisor (Current Employee) – Lynchburg, VA – May 23, 2019
There are aspects to this job that are great. For example helping others and that feeling you get when you make a sale. The times in between, however, are boring. Clicking and dialing is not for everyone. Also because you are employed for an agent and not the company of State Farm there is not a lot room for raises (based off commission) and little to no benefits offered.
