I enjoyed my years at State Farm and would work for them again if they were not moving corporate office out of Florida. The opportunities to advance were many and varied.
Cons

New leadership taking company in new and different direction--results of this new direction will take years to determine. The company culture is changing--again, may take some time to determine the positive/negative impact.

Account Representative (Former Employee) –  Shreveport, LASeptember 19, 2018
Stressful because of sales goals (which are hard to hit because State Farm's rates are so much higher than the competition) but it helped my sales skills which positioned me for better opportunities in the future.
