I learned that a typical day at work required sitting, concentration, and constant keying. During overtime hours, work is fast paced and plentiful. Management made sure we were working diligently from start to finish. We took 2 breaks and lunches are an hour unless working overtime and then there is a required 30 minutes. The hardest part of the job was to balance quality and production, otherwise there's corrective action in place. The most enjoyable part of the job was Employee Appreciation Week. It was a week of fun for employees filled with food, prizes, and games.

I use to work here. I went through training and in training they told us that quality over quantity. Once you get on the floor, that went out the door. Yes there are bonuses if you meet quota, but there are THOUSANDS of errors due to speed. They got rid of you if you didn't meet the numbers. The managers ADMITTED they did not know how to process these documents. HOW IN THE WORLD ARE THEY MANAGERS IF THEY CAN NOT DO THE JOB WE ARE TRAINED TO DO. They talk about others behind your back (unethical and rude) There is so much favoritism it would be worth working at Burger King.
NOW they are hiring with sign on bonuses....WHY? cuz the high volume turnaround is so HIGH!
Sure wish these companies would start reading their own reviews, maybe they can fix what the issues are.
A typical day would consist of arriving at my workstation. Monitor Microsoft Outlook in Box for jobs to run. Verify the output for any errors and return to programmers if any errors found. Or if a good run then continue processing the output by inputting the information in the computer system.
Work with customers on the phone when they are missing files or there is a problem with the file sent to them. Working with coworkers to ensure all customer job request are ran and output inputted.
The job is very easy, redundant and boring, but the environment is very horrible. The supervisors do not treat everyone fairly. They let their favorites work at home that are not meeting the quality and production quotas, people come and go as they please and they don't get written up because there is so much unfairness and favoritism going on. The managers lolligag around all day, talking at eachother's desks about employees. There is an "open concept", which does NOT work. Your neighbors wear heavy perfumes, talk all day, are on the phone all day, gossip, are constantly sick, cheat and fake working and the managers just tell you its none of your business!! Don't work here unless you want your soul to die.
Management typically doesn't care about their employees and a lot of people are rude for no reason. They give benefits and bonuses to all staff. The people that are nice are super cool and friendly. High turn over in some departments.

Not really much to say. They don't make an effort to get to know the people that they employ. I understand that we are there to work but I think that management needs to make a better effort to get to know there employees

Very rewarding experience, have learned about a industry not know to me, Insurance Fronting, a very interesting industry indeed. Average day at work is a compilation of different duties, fast pace, ready to make educated decisions.

There is no room for growth whats so ever, the HR reps will lie and tell you the job is a work at home job when there is little to no chance of you even getting a spot to work at home. Management has NO clue how to do the reps job and will not give you a straight answer, instead referring every question to an in-house database that is not even up to date. Current reps basically treat the job like a high school girls club, while people dress trashy and not professional at all. Call-center atmosphere, even for data-entry. Stay farrrr away from SNC. Garbage
Time off, management doesn't care at all
Trashy co-workers, clueless managers, no growth at all, etc.
