Train your management and include 360 reviews of same. Stop expecting managers to have full time roles and manage at the same time. My manay books the required performance discussion in the calendar but told me straight out that we would not actually hold their discussions. What?

It is obvious to most that profit and shareholders stand way above workers in the of value to SS

Like to make suggestions but the writing is on the wall, so to speak. A couple ideas would be to hold management accountable to their staff, as I have never working a company where management spends more time catering to their own manager than they do responding to the needs of their own staff. No management development program in place.

I haven't had a performance review in 1.5 years, despite proclamation of a review program that is monitored to ensure compliance. Even though I received great reviews, they were shallow and meaningless.

Better pay and more support to move around/ move up within the company. People will stay if they feel like they have an actual chance at advancing their career.
