I'd fire the governor who negotiates with our union,four our pay increases. As a NYS employee it's difficult to accept the fact that we're the first ones who are hit when NYS has a deficit. I've gone 5 years without any raise and years that I did get a raise it was only an increase of 2.0% for the four years.
