Spending millions on Safe AZ Training is a waste of taxpayers dollars if you do not get a handle on turnover. Most do not leave because of the difficult job but because of lack of supervisor support and repressive culture. Many supervisors are insecure and are threatened by subordinates bringing up concerns and retaliation is common. Only yes people stay on and the cycle of unprofessionalism and incompetence continues.
