About 1 1/2 months
It takes about any where from 2-4 months. You have to apply, complete an assessment, have a phone interview, then have a face to face interview. You should get a fingerprint clearance card in advance. Once done you will be offered a position and then go to CORE training for 2 weeks after that. Then depending on your case management position your personal life could be non-existent from that point going forward. This job can be very stressful, overwhelming, but a great experience nonetheless. I love working with the families, especially the children.
