Hire nurses to do nurse functions. Nurses are not trained to do contracts and memorandum of agreements, etc. Nurses need to be utilized for nursing functions in Public Health. They need more support from upper management and respected for what they do in Public Health. People from other countries work there and they try to belittle others.

They couldn't hire me full time until after I completed my college degree. However, they did try to hire me for another program that didn't need a degree, but I wanted to finish college.
