Listen to employees or civilians that are professionals in the “affairs at hand.” Too many individuals without experience in the “subject matter at hand” are given authority to make decisions based on seniority rather than experience. It represents our state poorly. It doesn’t need to be the case if people are hired for their strengths and capacity rather than longevity. Keep CO STRONG!
