Stop the hiring and protection of friends who are not qualified to do the work. The meantal health system is unprofessional and provides abysmal care. The commissioner and managers could not care less.

Hire the most qualified internal and external candidates. Stop utilizing tax payer dollars to hire lesser qualified friends and family members of supervisors. Understand the way that this impacts staff morale, leads to lack of respect for administration, and undermines the mission of fairness and integrity claimed by certain agencies. I left after a decade of fufilling work here as I could not stand it anymore as so many were willing to look away while it goes on to protect their own jobs. The rare ones who speak up don't for very long.
