I applied for Support Service Worker position in July 2021. Human Resources notified me on November 07, 2021 by mail. You have five days to respond by email or mail. The interview was scheduled within 2 days . The phone interview is only 20 minutes . Listen to the questions and get to the point. I heard from Human Resources within 7 days. The next phase is criminal background check. The forms must be submitted within 24 hours. Since Covid restrictions are in place, it is going to take 3 weeks to 3 months to get the results back.
