The benefits were adequate - health saving plans, dental, vision and life ins. were reasonable. If you needed the actual health insurance, it was still expensive.

You get a sick day every other month and a personal day every 3 months. They can't deny you taking sick days (but in some instances require a doctor's statement) and the personal days are up to the supervisor's ok before you can take them. You can only have up to 3 personal days available, if you accumulate more they roll over to sick days.
