The relationship between a superior and the employees are a professional relationship they tell the people what they need from them show them how to give it to them and they never get personal they need to keep the relationship between supervisor and employee on a professional basis they should tell people what they need from them and in some cases how to get that done and they should do it the way they would want someone to explain it to them

I would suggest talking to the working staff and not believe everything your senior managers tell you. At times, they have hidden motives. You should never allow people to be terminated without all the facts from both sides. Shameful....
