It was a pretty simple but very detailed proccess. I was contacted via email with a interview date and time. It was a panel interview with 3 people, 2 from Human Resources and the head of the department I applied for. Interview was in STAR format very scripted every question was read from a sheet of paper and they wrote down my responses word for word. Very easy questions at least for me. If you are experienced in your field you shouldn’t have any issues with the questions they ask. After the interview I had to sign off on paperwork from them to conduct a background check and also I had to give them 3 references one of which HAS to be your current or most recent supervisor. The next day my references were contacted and from the 3 of them told me they asked 10 questions all behavioral based. The day after that they contacted me and had me go take a drug screen and tuberculosis test. I passed everything. Then I received a letter in the mail 2 days later with an offer for the job and start date. Total time from interview date to the date I received the offer letter was exactly 10 days.

They need to clean house at the management level and restructure it using people who actually understand the job. Also, safety and the employees themselves need to be a higher priority. Treating the employees with fairness and compassion would go a long way to slow down the turn over rate.
