Management needs to be over hauled at the ground level. Needs direction in attitude, team working, empathy, mentoring, and problem solving.

If l were in charge at DHHS, l would be sure to truly have an open door policy and not just say there is one.

I would ensure management were all on the same page in a multi-management office so there is unity among all co-workers being supervised.

I would also take into account all concerns for all employees no matter what their classification is. All employees would be treated equally and know they are appreciated for all the work they do.
