I cry either while getting ready for work or in the car on the parking lot of my job. I have anxiety, panic attacks and depression thinking about starting a new day at work everyday. This place is not good for your mental health. I dread each day because of Children’s Division.

Your employer is an open ended entity. You are accountable but You will always need to be very aware and process each day, put it away while starting the next day with fresh expectations and positive attitude. Do not assess your progress by hard copies produced but rather by your standards of positive decency administered faithfully indiscriminately anew each day. Keep a daily record of what works and what does not and questions to assess and address what you do not know (yet!).
