Understaffing. Underpaid. Administration that is all about their growth instead of helping their staff with their growth. Safety concerns. HR is pro management instead of being neutral.

Answered

The culture with MSH (state hospital) is a toxic and hostile work environment. Retaliation is huge. Supervisors do not care about their employees. The moral at the hospital is extremely low, people are quitting left and right, and management doesn't seem to care. "Understaffing is a state of mind, if you think we are understaff and believe that, then it is true. Think differently and it will get better", no that's false. Our staff are leaving because of the negative place MSH has become. It's not about the patients any more, it's about what next best program can administration bring in, or what next best safety concern can we fix that's going to cost the hospital a fortune and not end up working in the long run.
