How do you feel about going to work each day at State of Nebraska?

I dread it everyday, stressful just thinking about it, office is too cliquey and people try to get into your personal business and spread rumors if they don’t know you

I loved working with the individuals I worked with. All I can say is thank you!

I feel like it was something to do to past the time

Excellent.because i enjoy and love what i do.

You need to realize that the state has many different agencies and they are all different. Different environment, different culture, etc. There is no monolithic "state gov't experience" So you can't take one answer and apply it to all agencies. (except for maybe the underpaid responses since state pay is universally lower than private sector pay)

Didn't like working with clients who are addicted to drugs and alcohol.

At the being I loved going to work, however, once I was being treated unfair, I was going to work just to keep food on my table.
