  • More pay. High stress job compounded by the fact you need 2 jobs to make it. I work 70 hours a week and i am exhausted.

  • I don’t think I would change anything. The environment is as good as it comes as it is helping babies, toddlers, children, teenagers, and adults in a variety of different facets.
    Talk to people who work there and you will see what I am talking about.

  • Major Pay increase for CFSS as there's obviously a lot of abuse and neglect of child. As the case counts are ridiculously high.
