If I wanted to make North Carolina a better place to work. I would offer reduced tax rates for businesses proportionately as they invest in their employees. Forms of investing in their employees range from, offering continuing educationin the for of training and development. Assistance with day care or private schooling for children of employees, partial investment in income producing investment portfolios or private insurance ect.
