Secure employment with fair compensation

Treatment of employees is fair and the overall work culture is employee driven. Compensation is good with solid retirement if you put in the the respective length of service. Backed by a Union who fights to negotiate more for the employees and some extras like discounts and services are at your disposal for being a public employee
