I worked 13 + hours from 6am to 7pm, Monday through Thursday. First hour was volunteered, also included taking residents to Dr. appointments on your 3 days off, or coming in for the 1 other caregiver when they turn out sick . Staying as late as it takes, when dealing with appointments or trips to emergency room!
