The first interview seemed like your typical process...a barrage of question spoken from two sheets of paper, asked by two head employees. Then, they mentioned about a new portion of the interview process...a written sample that asks the simple questions where do you see yourself in 5 years and if hired, why would you want to work there (DSS). I did not hear anything for several weeks and was asked if I wanted to schedule for a second interview. I did and the interview was shorter, less than 30 minutes. Overall, the interview process was decent, but I have not received a letter, e-mail, or phone call stating if they wanted to hire me or not. I've been waiting since May of 2018.

If you are confident in your abilities the interview process is not difficult. But BEWARE , ask good questions ! They will trick you into thinking people come and stay but the place is a revolving door.

Easy. That's if they even call you for an interview the director hires family first. And if she doesn't like you, you're gone!
