Eliminate discrimination at the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food. I was told I could not apply for the next level position because as a woman, my male director of the department could not meet with me in private and this would exclude me from a supervisory position. He was instructed by his bishop to avoid all private meetings with women.
If I was ever in charge in making Utah a better place to work I would know that I have finally made it to the top and would not worry about anything anymore. I would be open to do business with everyone in private and public sectors. I would do business with state and federal government. I would make sure everyone gets paid real well. There is just all sorts of things you can do just need to be open to different ideas I guess I don't I've never been in charge before I might end up liking it way to much I would work my up to being like United States treasure and probably have small bank of my own. I would be no different then any top government official.
Stand behind the employees. would not let power go to my head.
