After 3 years of employment, you receive a yearly "benefit" of being given $60 for each year of employment, but with over 40000 having left WV since the last census, and with the feds finding out that workers and agencies haven't followed federal requirements, will that $60 for every year continue? Usually within a month you will get a reply email telling you that your application was received and they will assess you a score. Then you just wait. If you haven't heard anything in 1 year, you can reapply.

The job I’m applying for has a weird process. Apply. Wait til posting is complete. Receive email about if you’re qualified. You get ranked by your score. Top 10 or 10% get interviewed. Had an interview with two people. They called my references. Then I now have to meet with the director, which is supposed to be the last part.
