Get rid of unions. The unions prevent job performance- pay raises and force mandatory OT on employees which could not be enforced without the unions involvement. In the 'free' world, you CANNOT be forced to work OT!

Don't act like your in a High School clique, be respectful to all employees. Not just those you drink with after work.
