Bring in more jobs remote work from home for women raising children alone or other situations like women/men taking care of dying parents spouses or family members PROVIDE MORE ONLINE TECHNICAL TRAINING AND REMOTE WORK FROM HOME.The state hospital could open a daycare for their employees a 24 hour one. We need jobs in technical training and development. ALSO require all state workers random drug testing especially if they want to work with the citizens of wyoming.

Toxic. Supervisors lack training. Policy is ignored for some and the training is unprofessional and lacks merit. Atmosphere lacks professionalism. Employees are not valued. High stress and always asked to do more.

Care about your employees because they are the ones that make you look good. Along with caring comes respect and the feeling of worth. Train people properly so that way people can stay safe and go home everyday the same way you started the day.
