When employees are taken care of and happy in the work place, everyone around them is also happier, and like a ripple effect, the results are ever expanding.
Watch the budget, don't miss treat the retiree's without raises, don't spend extra money to do another building, then they should hire more people, and most of all State of Employees has a high rating of cancer, heart problems after they quit.
