I interviewed earlier this year so things may have changed. The HR interview and manager were ok, but when I interviewed with the department manager it was a different story. I felt that some of the questions asked were borderline rude and antagonistic. It seemed a bit contradictory from what was presented by those that I spoke with prior.

Somewhat laborious. I felt like they weren't serious about hiring me but I passed through a number of hands in the process and was called back for a second interview. There was a lot of talk about "culture" but my feeling during the interview with one person in particular that the professed culture didnt manifest quite as they claimed.

You work 90 days before PTO is granted and afterwards PTO is earned based on how much you work.

I just recently did an interview it started off well, then she started telling me that I had to wear my hair down at all times & that it was required to wear make-up. I told her that my hair is extremely curly so if I wear it down it will be a puff, she then said you can twist it down. Most cases if offered the job I will not accept it.

Training and support from upper mangement. Scrutinize work should stop and give better training instead of belittling mangers. Work load needs to be appropriate to core values.

Work environment was good. Did have a leasing consultant that consistently going to HR making false accusations about me. Lazy and did not do her job well
