Medical Assistant (Former Employee) – Iowa City, IA – November 25, 2017
very fast paced. working with one physician that is in high demand is tough but even tougher when you have to learn 11 physicians ways and have more and more responsibility on you because of job cuts. staying late with no overtime pay just to get all responsibilities done before the next day was never a fun thing most enjoyable part was the patients and the physicians that were always more then happy to teach more and more everyday to people who are wanting to learn more about the fast paced career of a orthopedic specialist.
It was a great place to work, empoyees are great and they think very highly of their emloyees.
Patient Account Clerk (Former Employee) – Iowa City, IA – June 28, 2016
This is a large Orthopedic office and very busy. My co-workers were wonderful and very helpful in any training that I needed to do my job. I posted insurance payments to personal accounts. I also coded surgeries and follow-up on denial of payment on medical claims.
We were provided with many free breakfast and lunches.
