Most shifts are made to fit employees. So there are shifts to fit single parents, students, retired persons, and employees on disability. Work at home is an option but in my case working at home requires more hours than is acceptable to my disability.

You have no life. Most of the holidays your working and when your not you're trying to catch up on sleep
Life is balanced like any other job. One must prioritize but putting Stericycle first is not something I would recommend. Putting the company first is not something that will go noticed working here
