Management knows little about the teams they are managing. Entirely focused on management performance and management bonuses. No collaboration or team support outside of a few employees. Poor employee performance ultimately impacting patient care and outcomes because the manager does not hold anyone accountable and is not involved. Poor salary based - more ... on the market. Appreciated the flexibility and autonomous work environment however some people took advantage of this. - less
