Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) – Westwood, MA – November 8, 2017
People not friendly. Did not feel wanted and felt that senior employees ran the show. They have the Managers just where they want them. Also very poor feedback from Management on how you're doing or feeling. Rather,Manager just got opinion from established employees.
Long term employees play with new employees like a cat plays with a mouse

Desktop Support Technician (Current Employee) – Boston, MA – January 17, 2016
I learned a lot from many great people here. But since being bought by Cerberus, this place has become less cooperative and seemingly more combative. Still great people there, but they seem to be stifled from above. I have a lot of friends doing what I do at other companies and they are much better compensated and seem to have more avenues for advancing their careers. My immediate team is fantastic as are many of the people I support. The benefits can't be beat.

Management (Current Employee) – Boston, MA – June 16, 2015
Steward as a new entity is in the process of optimizing their delivery of Health Care Services. They are heading in the right direction but progress is slow. Employees are hard working and dedicated. You really need to think out of the box to get anything done. Management could use some basic 101 training on elementary strategic concepts.
HRIS Analyst (Current Employee) – Methuen – February 8, 2013
This is a very busy organization that claims to have a great work environment. They make a lot of promises however they do not follow through with them. There is no life work balance and it apears that management is all about the profit and not for the employees.
